This route combines the dirt climb on Secret Climb Time with the Hole in the Wall route with a little extra Steamboat Ditch Trail thrown in. If you haven’t ridden either of those, I definitely recommend this. If you’ve already done those and weren’t impressed, this probably won’t blow your mind but I think it’s a nice way to get some dirt in without leaving town.

This route rides along the prettiest portion of the Steamboat Ditch Trail but continues up and over the usual Hole In The Wall turnaround point. Getting up and over is a slight hike-a-bike (unless you’ve got mtb gearing) but worth it for the view at the top and the drop down in to Mogul. Unfortunately the Ditch Trail becomes gated not far past Hole In The Wall so you’ll turn off of it pretty quickly.
